2.3.1 released

Version 2.3.1 of sprachkonstrukt2 was just released.
It is a small bugfix release addressing minor issues with 2.3.

Changelog:

• added readme.txt with a brief documentation
• added permalink to all posts and sites (#)
• using echo home_url() instead of bloginfo(url) in header.php
• code improvements on sidebar
• fixed translation issues
• changed theme url to this blog’s url
